At Aquinas the Friday of Homecoming week is class shirt day.  Now that I'm the Sophomore class moderator I got to wear this little number all day.  (I'm wearing the shirt in the picture.  I held my phone out to take a picture, so it's not a great view!)

Jamie and I took a camera class tonight.  Pretty sure I'm much more confused now than when I went in.  I think that's because I realized that there was SO much more to my camera than I ever knew!  We are planning on another class.

I don't have much other than my shoes (and the lady in front of me rear end) in many lights, but stay tuned to see what I can come up with!

We had our first Daisy meeting tonight!  Being the organized troop leader I photgraphed every girl for a photo directory.  Here's Emily's picture.  (Of course there were will be more girl scout pictures to follow!)

The boys were off doing their fantasy football draft and playing poker so the moms and kids went to Chick-fil-a.  There were a lot of kid! 

Yes, Emily is the only one looking, but this is proof of our mass of kids!

We've all head it before.  Don't mess with your phone while driving.  Kind of scary to think what could happen when you are in a car if this just happened to me while running.

Important things to keep in mind.  1.  It was dark.  No one saw me wipe out.  Pride still in tack.  2.  I kept running post fall.  3.  I completely protected my phone!  :)  Who knew running was such a dangerous sport!

After having a very stressful morning, the bell rang for fourth hour.  A girl came up to me with a wrapped box.  She said that her family all likes Nebraska too.  Since they were in Nebraska this weekend they brought me a cookie.  Made my whole day...

I know, I know...the picture would have been much better with the head still on the girl.  Didn't think about that before Emily enjoyed part of the cookie!

Today I had my students bring note cards to class to make note cards for the vocabulary for the first chapter.  I was busy answering questions and didn't notice one of my students used his note cards for an alternative purpose. 

It was fairly sturdy.  It made me smile.

I walked in to a Daisy Girl Scout Meeting.  My hope was to meet some new moms and get Emily more involved in school. 

I walked out as the new Daisy Troop Leader!  This will really help simplify my already hectic life!  :)
